2. Payments
Agreed charges must be paid through available methods or according to an approved proposal. Refunds apply only as stated in our Refund Policy or written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Final client-specific content belongs to the client upon full payment, subject to third-party licences. SHOSIAL’s brand, website, processes and original materials remain its property.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely inputs and materials you have permission to use, and must not request unlawful or infringing work.
5. Results and liability
Marketing results depend on factors outside SHOSIAL’s control and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, SHOSIAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of SHOSIAL constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
